Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery

We ate at this buffet a couple of times during our stay at Dollywood. The first time, it was just ok. Not much to select from, but the fried chicken was very good. The next time (a Saturday night) was much better. They had prime rib (which my husband loved) and a lot more selections. Great desserts both times.

We visited both resorts The people and ambience in both were really great! They had started decorating for Christmas Don't miss the acoustic room A chance to see some of Dollys handwritten music,instruments ,and a jump suit! We ate at Song and Hearth in the DreamMore resort We went on a Thursday night We enjoyed the food - it was pretty good- southern delicacies Our server Rachel was so sweet and attentive She definitely embodied the spirit of Dollywood The room and decorations were beautiful. We lingered in rocking chairs on the porch after, enjoying a wonderful Mountain View.

We went for the first time in March 2025 for breakfast. Went again before we left that weekend. We just got back yesterday Oct 19. You know we had to go back. The place is warm and inviting. The breakfast is great. The service is great. Mr Bill makes a mean omelet! It will be a stop for me every time I am in Pigeon Forge.

We strongly recommend Song and Hearth. Service was fabulous. The waitress was very attentive and came over frequently to see how we were doing. Typically, I have concerns about the food quality at buffets, but this place had a great variety, and it was all prepared extremely well. Servers refreshed it frequently so everything we tried was hot and fresh. Carving stations had some of the best turkey and tri-tips we had. Food included seafood to beef to pork to turkey so there was something for everyone. Even had a kids station for the youngsters.

Very reasonable price for a higher quality dinner buffet. Beautiful hotel. Cocktails are a little pricey but when is that not the case.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was cold and depleted. Certain drinks not available at the boor that were listed in the menu.

I planned to DoorDash breakfast and saw the price for 6 was not acceptable for poor quality food. Found this gem and we loved the experience. So glad we decided to get out. The atmosphere is wonderful. The buffet had delicious items and well seasoned and the fruit was perfectly chosen and ripe. The potatoes and eggs perfectly seasoned and the bacon cooked to perfection. The pastry's were good. The kids loved the donut wall. I loved the yogurt parfait. A few gluten free options too for my husband. He loved the gluten free blueberry muffin.

The prime rib dinner was outstanding! They finally got the prime rib cooked to perfection! No more well done prime rib. They cooked it medium rare but our waitress assured us that if anyone wanted it cooked well done (yikes) they would do it. They veggies were great too except we didn't care for the brocolini. It wasn't very tender. Mashed potatoes and macaroni were yummy. And of course the fried chicken is always good. Others at out table had the salmon and saidcit was also cooked perfectly. The desserts were really good! I had a cannoli and a berry crepe which were both excellent. And everyone else was very happy with cheesecake bites and cookies etc. It's always very nice to eat there and the waitress was so friendly and helpful! Great experience!

Opened at 5:00. We arrived at 5:15 and noticed a nice pecan pie as we came in. By the time we finished dinner and was ready for dessert, the pecan pie was gone and the server said there would be no more pecan pie for the rest of the night. So that's one pie for the entire five hours the restaurant is open! Unbelievable!

Every thing was great! The food was fantastic! Service was the best. Parking is very easy and easy to get there. We definitely will go back again!

Generally good food selection many more hits then misses. Some selections in low supply at times. Easy quick meal.

Out of all the breakfast buffets in the area this one's honestly the best! Staff and food are both great quality. Made to order ommellettes are top notch n so's the guy that makes em! Even the bacon's good,thats a rare find at a buffet
