Really disappointed in the food. We ate the Friday night seafood buffet and it was not worth the price at all. Tasted like reheated microwave dinners.

Skip the buffet nights. The food was mostly cold and the steak was uneatable. I had high hopes for this place because the food in Dollywood is so good, but this was by far the worst restaurant on property.

We ordered the family style meal. No cheddar garlic drop biscuits, only old stale biscuits left over from breakfast. When we requested the others, we were told that they were not making any until the breakfast biscuits were used. Broccoli casserole was microwaved broccoli w fake cheddar sauce. No “casserole” components. The Mac and cheese was from a box and super salty. The whisky BBQ beans were beyond bland. The brisket was dry and tough. Pulled pork was pitiful. Chicken was okay. Very disappointed in entire meal. Don’t waste your time here.

Very disappointed in breakfast buffet (10/27/2024) for the price. Potatoes and pancakes were overcooked (both were extra crispy). Only two choices of donuts available.

We ate here for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and good options! Dinner was just okay, the buffet on Saturday night had good options but the food quality just wasn’t as good. It’s still decent and a convenient place to eat at the DreamMore!

It was low quality food and overpriced and it took over two hours to get out of there and we left before we got our desert.

This is the main restaurant associated with Dollywood's Dreamore hotel. It's largely buffet based. We are both breakfast and supper here, and both were good. It trends towards enhanced country cooking with some twists. Staff very polite and warm friendly atmosphere. Considering it's a tourist location, prices reasonable.

Pre covid this was one of my favorite places to eat. Returned this weekend and was so disappointed in the food. We went on Friday night upon our arrival at the hotel and ate the seafood buffet, which really should not have even been called a seafood buffet. We decided to give it one more try on Saturday night but again made her mind up. We probably wouldn’t go back. It was so bad for the price. Limited selections, food on buffet was barely warm and the bread was so hard it was not edible and all of the meats were all tough. Many dishes tasted like left overs. But the staff was outstanding. Chloe made the disappointment worth dining. She was outstanding and needs to be promoted. I’d go back for her but not the food.

Kid-friendliness: Chloe interacted with our 4 year old and was so kind to her

Ordered 2 old fashioned drinks for a friend and I, total was over $80. Was blown away and when I mentioned something they said "well, they are doubles" but a whole big bottle of bourbon costs $40-$50. Also did not have poolside service, despite the signage at the pool saying they did

The soup was yummy

The biscuits had great flavor but were dry

The chicken and dumplings barely had any chicken and the dumplings were huge, and flavorless and had an awful texture

Fried chicken was overly bready

Pulled pork had no taste

Carrots were sour

Mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole were good

Dessert was the best part. Even though if you’re expecting the strawberry shortcake to have actual strawberries in it, don’t get it. It had a teeny tiny bit chopped up in the middle

It was my wife's and my first time here and it was enjoyable. Very nice buffet albeit slightly overpriced (obviously due to the resort location). Server and staff in general were very hospitable.

Had eaten here pre- covid and it was wonderful the Went on a Friday night and they had a seafood buffet but other than fried cod, clam chowder, peel eat shrimp that's all the seafood. And no stone soup or banana pudding. the only salad was a bowl of Caesar salad and some watermelon with feta cheese. We could not cut or chew the prime rib because it was so tough. I was very disappointed in this visit. The bill for 2 adults and one four year old was $106. We did not have any alcohol just the buffet. A four year old meal is $16. We won't eat there again.

The seafood was outstanding. There was an excellent variety of food and desserts to choose from. The service was warm and welcoming. This will become a permanent part of my future visits.
