Out of all the breakfast buffets in the area this one's honestly the best! Staff and food are both great quality. Made to order ommellettes are top notch n so's the guy that makes em! Even the bacon's good, thats a rare find at a buffet

Never going back – a total disappointment
I came back to Dreammore hoping to relive the amazing memories from my last visit, but this time was a complete letdown.
The hairdryer was so loud and hot, it literally made my ears ring — it felt like my eardrum burst. It runs nonstop at full blast and is ridiculously loud.
The resort itself hasn’t changed much, and the staff have become even friendlier, which I appreciated. But the food? It has taken a massive nosedive in quality — and honestly, the food used to be half the reason to come here.
Both breakfast and dinner were terrible. After driving 6 hours to get here, I seriously regretted it. The restaurant staff seemed new and untrained — they didn’t know the menu, couldn’t explain anything, and looked completely lost.
At dinner, a server appeared out of nowhere like a ghost, silently dropped a food menu on the table (no drink menu, no water), then disappeared. We waited over 20 minutes and still didn’t have water. Yet somehow, they brought out microwave-heated chicken and dry, shriveled BBQ ribs *before* even offering us water. The food looked like it had been cooked the day before and just reheated. We walked out — it was that bad.
Why would anyone pay for service like this? Don’t serve disgusting, reheated food — especially when guests are paying over $500 a night. It’s unacceptable.
Breakfast wasn’t any better — just piles of cold potatoes, eggs, and bacon. Even the coffee was cold. If this is what you’re offering, just get rid of the servers and switch to a buffet. At least then I could pour myself a hot cup of coffee.
They cut back on food quality but kept a bunch of useless servers who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. If you're going to make cuts, start there — not with the food. At least then there’d still be a reason to eat here.
But now? Never again.

I took my family here and I really have to say everything was amazing!!! Roy, our server was fantastic so nice, friendly, accommodating, and he even took pictures with us. We came here to have one last meal with all my family before they went back home and it was unforgettable!!! Thank you so much Roy for effortlessly going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back and hopefully see Roy again 🙏

Food was okay but my salmon was so salty. Gave us the main dish prior to our appetizers and acted like it wasn't a big deal. For as much as I paid and the service/quality I should have just made ramen cups at home. Never had our drinks filled. Wouldn't recommend.

The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The best omelets in the Smokies. Bacon, sausage links, chicken apple sausage links, eggs, grits, gravy, biscuits, muffins, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, water, soft drinks, tea, hash browns, diced potatoes, pancakes, French toast, funnel cakes, whipped cream, yogurt, granola, Belgium waffles, English muffins, Gluten Free Breads, salsa, cheese, spinach, and so much more.
The best breakfast in Pigeon Forge, only Mamma’s Farmhouse and Crockett’s Breakfast Camp can compete. Food and service are excellent.

Typical hotel buffet but with poor refill service. The food wasn't bad, but was not refreshed frequently. Some things were dried up. Minimal vegetarian optuons
Donut wall was filled with very stale donuts. Server was attentive and pleasant.

My wife and I recently began our 50th year of marriage and decided to take our whole family (3 daughters and their husbands plus 11 grandchildren) to Dollywood for a celebration. While there we had dinner at the Song & Hearth. It was amazing! They surprised us with ballons and cupcakes marking our milestone. (Photo attached) The food was great and the service was awesome. Special thanks to Rick and Rachel who took such good care of us and did so with courtesy, humor, and genuine concern that our time with them was everything we imagined it would be and more. Also, thanks to their supervisor Nanette who checked on us periodically as a help to Rick and Rachel. (We kept them quite busy!) Finally, thank you to restaurant manager David (I am remiss in forgetting his last name) who I am sure made the arrangements for our surprise decorations and treats! We cannot recommend Song & Hearth strongly enough! Go hungry, but by all means go!
We went for the Saturday dinner buffet and left unimpressed with the food. Prime rib was good. Shrimp was nice. Salmon was incredibly dry. One short rib was delicious the next was tough. The broccolini was both undercooked and soggy. The crepes were premade (I think frozen) and then reheated- fine but not anything too special. The desserts looked great but our choices all had a freezer taste to them.
Wait staff were welcoming and attentive. The 1 woman working the carving station, sausage, and crepes was sweet and helpful.
This restaurant used to be a family favorite, but unfortunately, the quality has declined. The food feels mass-produced and lacks the freshness and care it once had. Honestly, I had better meals at my college cafeteria years ago. Even the desserts seem pre-packaged, which is disappointing given the price point. At $39.99 per person, I would expect much higher quality and attention to detail.
Dreamore Resort is amazing. The restaurant not quite as good. The servers, cooks and staff were excellent. The food was average especially for the price.

My husband and I tried the ala carte breakfast menu during the off season this past February. I originally wanted to order the chicken and waffles but they were not available first thing in the morning. We were told that the chicken was still frozen. No big deal. My husband ordered a coffee and I ordered a sweet tea. He really enjoyed the coffee. This was the sweetest tea I had ever had in my life. I'm not sure if it was because we were one of the first people in the restaurant that morning or if it's normally that sweet. My husband ordered the traditional egg breakfast you can get anywhere with eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes. I decided to have an omelette since I wasn't able to get the chicken and waffles. The omelette was amazing. I chose ham, onions and cheddar cheese. It also came with a choice of grits or breakfast potatoes. I chose grits and I'm glad I did. I don't normally like grits but these were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We visited the resort in November and saw the breakfast buffet. It did not look very good in our opinion and seemed overpriced. We enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Heartsong Lodge better. I wish DreamMore offered the breakfast buffet and a menu option like Heartsong Lodge.
Food here used to be good but tonight it was not. Short
ribs were tough (didn't get to eat even one), the fried chicken was dry, the prime rib wasn't good, my husband said the salmon was dry and tasteless, etc. The carrots were good though. Our waitress was awesome . I told our waitress and a manager that it wasn't good. Not sure what has happened here but it needs to be addressed. $39.99 per person is too much for a bad meal.
Avoid this place. I would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. My wife and I ordered food from here and it the bun was stale, the food seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. It lacked any real taste or value. On top of all of that, this place charged us 20% gratuity for two meals, which resulted in an additional 10$, WE ORDERED TAKE OUT!
Really disappointed in the food. We ate the Friday night seafood buffet and it was not worth the price at all. Tasted like reheated microwave dinners.

Skip the buffet nights. The food was mostly cold and the steak was uneatable. I had high hopes for this place because the food in Dollywood is so good, but this was by far the worst restaurant on property.
