My wife and I recently began our 50th year of marriage and decided to take our whole family (3 daughters and their husbands plus 11 grandchildren) to Dollywood for a celebration. While there we had dinner at the Song & Hearth. It was amazing! They surprised us with ballons and cupcakes marking our milestone. (Photo attached) The food was great and the service was awesome. My husband and I tried the ala carte breakfast menu during the off season this past February. I originally wanted to order the chicken and waffles but they were not available first thing in the morning. We were told that the chicken was still frozen. No big deal. My husband ordered a coffee and I ordered a sweet tea. He really enjoyed the coffee. This was the sweetest tea I had ever had in my life. I'm not sure if it was because we were one of the first people in the restaurant...
Donut wall was filled with very stale donuts. Server was attentive and pleasant.
