I have already reviewed HeartSong last year, but wanted to add to my review…and also wanted to recognize some of the staff at the property.
I guess we love it here since we drove from Northern VA (7.5hrs) for a 4th year to celebrate our anniversary at HeartSong. Still consistently lovely. The property is well maintained and the staff continues to impress. Always a friendly greeting and smile. A couple staff did stand out from the crowd. Marilyn at the Songbird was an absolute pleasure - personal greeting with a big smile. We also stopped at the HighNote twice and there was a server/bar tender there (a woman who was a bit older with a unique name - Forcynthia?) who we also enjoyed connecting with. We had dinner one night at Ember and Elm (separate review posted Open Table). The property continues to be beautifully maintained and our room was once again comfortable for our needs with everything operating as expected (great shower!). We still love the fire pit/s and the lobby is just beautiful. The roving musicians are talented and we especially enjoyed an evening session in the acoustic room with two gentlemen playing (one on guitar and one on a standing bass) and another night with two younger ladies (sisters). We took advantage of the hot tub and also used the very convenient trolly to pop over to the park for part of a day - trolley driver was also a nice man and chatted with us during the drive. We used the convenience desk to purchase park tickets and tickets to the Stampede (I will review separately) - Charlotte assisted, yet another solid employee. We returned to the Spa at DreamMore for a couples massage (great service with Pam and Shalyn). Everything was decorated perfectly- lovely, but not overdone - at both properties. Overall a perfect visit once again. We keep saying this may be our last year, but maybe it’s not!

Songbird Market staff are professional but so very nice! We enjoyed the delicious not once but twice because it was soooo good!! The grab and go salads are fresh and a great side to the pizza. And the soft serve ice cream was addictive!

I've gotten coffee and ice cream from here for myself/my kids and each time has been a delight. The prices are what you would expect for an in-resort shop.
Everything I have gotten has been delicious and reasonably fast to get. The staff was warm, welcoming, and super nice.

A great onsite option for quick food. Staff was so friendly. Loved the selection of food available in the market, thank you for having cleaner brands. Breakfast was great, coffee was made to perfection.

The pizza at both resorts is delicious! Also a big fan of the grab-n-go salads. There are also hot hogies, ice cream, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks.
