I have supported this Starbucks for years.
Poor customer service.
when I came to the window I ask for the corporate phone number as we had two seperate orders, they said we don't do multiple orders.
The PIC (person in charge) told me they don't give out personal information. I explained I wasn't requesting anyone's personal info. I was requesting corporate phone number. She told me "google it", and I said that was horseshit. I had already paid for my drink. she tossed...read full review
Buen servicio y calidad en la comida
Place was completely dirty. Trash was overflowing all of the trash cans and was on the mobile pickup counter. Was there for over 2 hours and staff never cleaned up or took out the trash.
