The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was awful, super hard and had no actual pistachio cream it was dried up to the katafi and tasted old. Don’t waste $18 like I did 👎🏻
HORRIBLE service, girl was very rude, moving slower than molasses and it literally took 30+ minutes to make 2 rolled iced creams. We ordered 3 and after the second one, she just said “is that all?” I guess so! The rolled ice cream was literally just cream and a diced peaches cup (like what would go in a toddlers lunch). And the floor was so filthy and sticky I had to clean the bottom of my shoes off after we left. Will NEVER be back.
We asked about dairy free or vegan options and the guy was like “no!” And didn’t seem to care that they didn’t. They play music loud and NOT family appropriate (cuss words in the lyrics). It’s a High priced candy store that sells plain blue bell ice cream.
