“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“

“This is our favorite spot when visiting Sevierville. They have unique options you can’t find anywhere else but we especially love that the food is made to order. There are so many commercial restaurants nearby and you can tell the difference in quality! Our server Christina was very friendly and made our last visit a great one as usual. We own an Airbnb and will continue telling all our guests about this great spot!“

“Amanda and her team are absolutely incredible! I reached out to her for a dinner reservation for after our small chapel wedding. She went absolutely above and beyond and presented me with a table layout, arrangements for our cake, and encouraging words throughout the whole stressful process of planning a wedding. When we arrived the table was set up beyond expectation with beautiful tablecloths, runners, and flowers 😍 Amanda and the team at Vista Grill really showed how much they care about guests, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am so glad they were apart of our special day 💛“

“I went to this hotel twice within a two month span. First time for a weekend getaway and second time for my family Summer vacation. This place is great. The rooms are very well kept and the beds are so comfortable! They also have a wonderful pool with a hot tub, kiddy pool and a waterslide. I would recommend going to the restaurant with the bar at this hotel. My family and I got dinner from there the first night and it was delicious! The wait staff is amazing and extremely friendly. But the one thing that set this place above the rest for me was them taking my meat allergy seriously! When my family and I had breakfast there the first day I was very concerned on cross contamination with the buffet-style breakfast. My mother went to ask the chef cooking omelettes if there is anything I could eat (besides the pastries, cereal and fruit) that would not interfere with my allergy. The chef, Edward, went above and beyond to make sure that I could have some of the menu items by cleaning the grill and putting on clean gloves each time I wanted a certain food. I definitely recommend The Park Vista!“
