“What a gem of a breakfast place! The interior has a nice homey feel. Pancakes are thick and filling. Spanish omelette is SO GOOD(ask for sour cream too ) Fresh fruit bowl is the best I've ever seen. Lots of food for the money. Our server Ashley was top notch. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️“
“Dinner with the family was good for the most part. Our waiter Victor was great, he was super kind and quick with his service! We ordered the vista grill salad with chicken, chicken caesar salad, the simply grilled chicken, and the chopped steak. Everything was good, except the chopped steak. It was just bland and in the menu it is made out to be very flavorful and exciting but it really wasn’t. Other than that, the rest of the food was good, fresh, and warm. It’s a nice option for when you don’t want to leave the hotel.“

“My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and loved every minute of it. Staff here are all so nice and very attentive from the minute you arrive. Our room had phenomenal views of the smokies! We loved the convenience of the trolley that comes every 15 minutes and gets you to all the attractions. When we vacation again, Double Tree has our business indefinitely.“
“April 2024. All of the food was good except the grits. Lil Bear wasn't much of a bear. The service was decent. There was about 15-20 min wait, but it went fairly quick. Atmosphere was kind of loud at one point, with all of the conversations going.“
