“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“

“This is our favorite spot when visiting Sevierville. They have unique options you can’t find anywhere else but we especially love that the food is made to order. There are so many commercial restaurants nearby and you can tell the difference in quality! Our server Christina was very friendly and made our last visit a great one as usual. We own an Airbnb and will continue telling all our guests about this great spot!“

“Amanda and her team are absolutely incredible! I reached out to her for a dinner reservation for after our small chapel wedding. She went absolutely above and beyond and presented me with a table layout, arrangements for our cake, and encouraging words throughout the whole stressful process of planning a wedding. When we arrived the table was set up beyond expectation with beautiful tablecloths, runners, and flowers 😍 Amanda and the team at Vista Grill really showed how much they care about guests, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am so glad they were apart of our special day 💛“

“My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the Park Vista. It is an older property, but still in good shape and kept clean by staff. Naomi on front desk was very conscientious and checked a few times to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The biggest surprise was the Grill, where we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts made even better by Maria, our wonderful server. By the end of the week we felt like we were coming home when she greeted us for breakfast in the morning. Fantastic experience.“
