My order for a Whopper junior without meat was made as a low carb version, no bun. Not what I ordered. When I returned, they remade it, and then accused me of being rude, and slammed the drive-thru window shut! I was told to not come back.
This experience was so upsetting to my family, we ended up throwing our $33 order away!
The staff member needs some training, or termination for such behavior.
Yesterday, I stopped by to try the King Chicken Sandwich thingy. I ordered the full meal, medium size, "Plain". The screen said "Plain", but I got home and it was a full sandwich.
Today, my wife drops by and orders a cheeseburger, "Plain". The screen said "Plain", but she got home and you guessed it: full sandwich again!
Not gonna go back there, anytime soon😠
There are serious service issues at this location. Order #55 drive-thru 9/25/18. I ordered a Whopper Jr w/ cheese and a rodeo cheeseburger. It took 14 minutes sitting in the drive-thru to get my order. During the course of the wait, I was told they were “looking for my food”. As compensation, the lady at the window offered me a free fry or onion ring. I accepted and asked for a onion ring and was given a fry. This screams of poor management!
