“We called Monday to see if they would be open for dinner as my stepmother has been placed in hospice and this is her favorite place to eat. He said they were closing at 4:00 pm which was too quick for us to get there, and upon hearing that he offered to stay open until 5:00 so we could get there. When we arrived at 4:30 they treated us like family from the moment we arrived until we left. They made her last experience there amazing and were sure to make sure she had everything she wanted and needed. To say it was amazing would not do it justice for how special they made us feel here. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was second to none and the attitude and compassion made our hearts so full we were overwhelmed. The owner and his wife deserve to have as much business as they could possibly handle and want, people like them are very hard to find these days but when you do they deserve to be supported. You won’t regret your decision to have a meal here on any level, give them a try and experience what it’s like to be treated with gratitude and respect from people that have wonderful souls and truly appreciate your business. “I haven't been to Carrabba's in a while so had lunch there today. I had the 11.99 trio small plate choosing 1 entree, a salad, and type of soup plus yummy crusty bread with a dipping sauce that they make fresh every day. I can't say enough about the food. Everything was delicious! And generous portions. I couldn't finish it all so the waittress insisted so nicely that she prepare the leftovers for me to take home. I will definitely be go back there again. Great experience!“

“stopped by today with my son was feeling socially overwhelmed and then they ask me about seating I said somewhere quiet. they directed me to their beautiful lounge. I wasn't feeling super hungry and got a pizza because figured it would reheat well. it was amazing the crust was light and airy the cheese and sauce were perfect. I would have never thought I would have found the perfect pizza in the area but I swear this is it. I hate it all....“

“We just had dinner for the first time at The Black Olive in Kingsport and it was amazing! We got a few appetizers, I highly recommend the Manicotti, all the food was great! Everyone’s food was fresh and tasted awesome. Huge shout out to our waitress, Bianca, she went out of her way to make our experience great, she was an exceptional waitress!!“

“I will first say it was the most we’ve ever spent on pizza. They are small for the price. That being said, it was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. We had 3 adult size people, we got 3 pizzas and garlic bread. The teenager and husband ate an entire pizza each on their own. Very delicious, will definitely be back. The teenager ate the most of the garlic bread. Hardly any leftovers. Everyone needs to try this place at least once. Delicious“

“My true review is a 3.5 out of 5. Let's get down to it.... I get offended by people claiming NY style when it is no where near NY style. First of all you can't claim NY and be cheap on your toppings, sauce included. At $2.50 a topping | should be having toppings in every bite and this fell short. I wanted to like them because the crust what the right flavor and crispness, and the sauce when you had it on your bite was perfection. But this was like being a teenager getting teased by your bf or gf endlessly waiting for something to happen but never does. And you're left behind wanting more but with overwhelming disappointment at the same time. I know it sounds harsh but just claim it as what it is. Take the NY style off the door unless you want to be more consistent, add extra sauce to your pizza, and quit being cheap on the toppings and make that pie greasy with goodness and you'll have something.“

“We went last night and Charlie was very nice to us and very accommading. She was running th dining room herself and hustling like crazy. I hated to see her handling all that business and all those customers herself. The cooks did deliver food for her at intervals. Charlie is an assett to take care of!“

“our first visit was average. our second visit made this a destination we will be returning to regularly. It was our first day out after the snowstorm hit and we decided to get Pizza Inn again even though we weren't thrilled with our first visit. All of the food was delicious, fresh, and the quality was great! Our server Ellen never let our drinks get empty, checked on us often, and brought the special treat dessert pizza my 7 year old had been waiting on directly to us at the table. The manager Carson fixed the machine at the arcade we wanted to play, had complete respect and cooperation from their staff and happily listened and agreed when I raved about our server. We WILL be back, probably several times a month. That is entirely due to our second visit and how well everyone worked together to create a great environment. I have a 7 year old and a 3 month old. “We eat here often and always perfect the Bristol location. Tonight we drove an extra 30 minutes to get to this location, being our favorite because of atmosphere, service and food. TONIGHT WAS DISAPPOINTING. There were other customers but the place was not packed. It took 40 minutes to get our food. My Gyro meat was hard, dry and almost burnt. I was so hungry I eat almost all of it anyways. There was one large piece left when the waitress came by I showed here and she took it to the kitchen to show someone. My bread was also hard and dry. We received half off my plate but really should have been more. NEVER have I ever been disappointed like this here.“
