“I love the Smith county subway, not because it's convenient, fast, efficient, clean or just genuinely a positive atmosphere (although it is) but because for the last several times I have gone the person who served me was Nick. I don't normally dine in but I just loved the atmosphere! Nick has a great personality the shines through his hard work! He pays attention to what I say, he has eliminated all anxiety that comes with ordering from a subway, and he does it all while being fast efficient kind and clean. Thank you Nick! This store must have exceptional management and exceptional employees. I have probably been there 40 times in the last year and it is a great store.
