“I previously gave this location a 5 star, but after my recent visit, it’s a 2 star. It’s only 2 because of the pleasant attitude of the employee. She was nice, and apologized multiple times. However, there were 3 major inconveniences with my visit.

I ordered, and received the order in a not unreasonable amount of time. I was missing a burger, and informed the lady. 5 minutes later, the lady passed by and asked if we received the burger. We hadn’t. She checked on it for us, and said it would be right out. Another 5 minutes, and it had finally arrived. I have been here for half an hour at the point, but finally had everything and could leave. I get home and pass out food to the family. The 2 supersonic jalapeño cheeseburgers I ordered, had no jalapeños... One of them, which I ordered as “a supersonic jalapeño cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup”(not mustard and ketchup only), was mustard and ketchup only; no other toppings(including the previously mentioned missing jalapeños).

So, after half an hour and 2 screw ups, I get home to find a 3rd. I will still visit this location, since there aren’t very many other options when I visit my wife’s family in Pleasant View. However, they deserve the one star, and I’ll certainly keep this visit in mind the next time I’m looking to pick up a quick bite for the family when I’m in town. “How about Sonic?”, “Do you remember the last time we went?”.“

“Food and service was good. I ordered a all American with only spinach on it. When I opened my sandwich I noticed I only got a total of 6 leafs of spinach for a foot long. I ordered a regular amount of spinach. But other than that, store is clean and received my food fast.“

“The manager i don’t know her name but she is the hardest working fast food person i have ever seen. i made an order for 5 different meals and it was out within 20 mins when she had 30+ drive through orders and at least 15 in store customers. WONDERFUL!“

“Funny thing is was traveling then stop by Pizza Hut to get some food,after ordered my food man in front asked for tip!!!! tips are optional after customer get the service NOT before!!!
