We ordered pizza April 8th and had it delivered. No big deal, right? WRONG! When the delivery driver attempted to “open” the gate on the back porch he pulled it towards himself SO HARD (it does have a few steps leading up to it so it opens away from the stairs like most other door/gates that are over steps) he pulled the whole gate AND hinges AND screws out of the post. 1 hour delivery time was understandable. After 80 minutes papa tracker still showed “order received”. 2 phone calls and 25 minutes of hold time later I was told it was still not in the oven.
Every time I try to give this location another try, they remind me of why I don’t order from Papa John’s in Portland. Save yourself the trouble.
Every order in the past year has been wrong.. something small the first few times but now it’s always something! I will drive 30 minutes out of the way for better pizza and service. Love papa John’s pizza but this makes me rethink ordering again! The Portland TN manager was very rude, disrespectful. Ordered philly cheesesteak pizza. Got it as soon as it was ready. The pizza box underneath was wet, so looked at pizza and it was extremely soggy. It was disgusting 🤮
