“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“First time here and food was amazing. My husband got the 2 piece chicken with slaw and beans. I got an appetizer the pickle spears 🩷 and snack plate. Highly recommend! Only complaint was cashier on her phone and FaceTiming someone. Loudly. Even while cashing out my check.. never spoke to me.. just felt unprofessional.. but thank goodness the food made up for everything else🩷“

“This is simply the best restaurant in Knoxville. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the servings are large and the food is hot or cold, depending on what it is. The wonderful slaw is always chilled. In addition, the servers are friendly and efficient, although possibly overworked. What a great experience!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“Who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A? They are consistently perfect in their food quality and customer service. I don’t have one near my home so when I travel, I am a happy camper when I can stop in and grab a southwest salad with fried chicken and avocado lime dressing absolutely perfect!“

“Best Chick-fil-A I've been to in years! Chicken and fries were well cooked and flavorful! I could tell it was fresh grease used. My 1/2 & 1/2 tea was well mixed, not just all sweet on the bottom and unsweet on top or voice versa. It's simple stuff but when they do the basics right it means that franchise is doing it right! Make me remember why I like Chick-fil-A in the first place!“

“A very clean, friendly, and good looking place with fantastic food. The decorations add a lot to the atmosphere and the workers are nice and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean and while seating can be a little limited, we’ve never had a problem finding one.“

“I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

And huge shout out to the lady that is always working drive thru in the am. I am ashamed to say I don't know her name but she is the best!! I usually hate when places have people taking your order vs the intercom but I look forward to seeing her.“

“My husband I I ordered the Caniac meal to share. Everything was delicious. We traveled out of our town to eat here it's always a nice treat.

My one concern is do only certain customers pay for Extra Cane's sauce @ $.49 per serving?
We ate in the dining room @ 12:32 pm according to my receipt.
I bought an extra Cane's Sauce after we got our meal and sat down.
As soon as I got back to my seat
a young petite woman with a red Cane's shirt walked back over to someone she knew and had previously been visiting with that was seated right beside us and handed them 2 Cane's sauces free, visited with them again then got back to work filling orders in the back kitchen.“

“Believe it or not, it was my first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. My friends told me that their grill chicken salad was the best they ever had. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women's bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“
