“Went through the drive thru, wasn't sure what to order because I couldn't get to the menu since they stand outside at lunchtime apparently. However, I did order the chicken sandwich and it was wonderful, the fries were fresh and hot.“

“The best fried chicken! This is the place for great comfort food. All of the appetizers are excellent. We tried the fried pickle spears, fried green tomatoes, and fried okra. The dinner meal comes with baked beans and slaw. Both are very good. The Mac and cheese is also great. The service was very attentive.“

“In short, I'm a fan! Ever since they opened this location, my family and I eat here a few times a month. I have young kids, so we do takeout a lot (and order online using the app). It's been a solid experience every time. We especially like the grilled chicken strips, regular Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich, and the Nashville Hot salad... oh and the custard (of course)!“

“Everything is so PERFECT at this location. I have never been disappointed, any modifications you have they’ll make sure to satisfy you! Workers are so amazing! So friendly and understanding and patient! Zachary at the register was so sweet and kind! Even after I sat down to eat, he made sure to come by and check on me! The manager is always around, and always has a smile on making sure everyone leaves with a great experience. Best fast food experience I have ever received!“

“My family goes to the drive thru pretty often to pick up supper and occasionally breakfast. Food is consistently very good for fast food.Parking: Parking is adequate, but the parking near the restaurant isn't huge. Much of their business is drive thru. The drive thru has 2 lanes.“

“This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds. We have always had good experiences here with the staff and if they mess up our order you can reach out via fb and they usually send you a coupon. (That’s more than I can say for Lenoir City CFA we stopped at when on the way to go camping… there were multiple hairs in my wrap so I let them know online and they said to call so I called and they said they would send me a coupon and took my address and a year later still nothing. I just chalk it up to they don’t care and we won’t be back out there even if we are in the area.) Overall Kingston Overlook staff are polite, quick and have the delicious CFA quality food so we will continue to be regulars.“

“Excellent young woman did a great job cleaning restrooms. Nice to find that when I'd been driving for 8 hours. They hire young kids who actually work hard. What a nice rarity. But the chocolate chunk cookie is always bad, old, inedible. Who cares though because you go there for everything else.“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“
