“Not sure what the negative reviews are for here, but I tried this place on DoorDash. IT WAS SOOO GOOD. I ordered multiple different rolls, as I wanted to spoil myself. I also ordered crab ragoons. I do wish they gave you yum yum sauce on the side. It really would have complimented everything. I would 100% order here again.“

But Cass brought us documents with all the ingredients of each fish so we new we made safe choices. She was also lovely, personable and very professional. “I love this Chinese restaurant ever since 2022 and I always got my fried chicken and rice. But this time I was very disappointed then ever. So I got my food I went home excited cause I love it and when I ate with my sister the chicken was oddly dry…and it tasted like iron and I only ate one. And the next day my sister was sick, she threw up, but she ended up with this terrible sickness that was contagious.“

“I normally don’t go out to restaurants due to anxiety. Loud noises and a large crowd make me so anxious which is what I initially felt when I first walked in. It was loud and out of my comfort zone. I had debated, at least for the first few minutes of standing of just walking out and trying again another day when i’m able to go with someone. Even when I was seated too. I felt so out of place at first lol

But after being seated I was treated with such kindness! I’m SO glad that I didn’t leave and overcame my fear of eating out alone! I sat at the bar and was able to look at everyone having fun and I thought it was so cute! They made me feel like I was at home and the service was great!

Food was amazing, I got a seaweed salad which was literally perfect (usually they’re either too pickily, or too seaweedy? This one was perfect!) and I can’t remember the name of the other plate I got but I listed it in the photo. Absolutely a 10/10. Everyone here deserves the attraction that they get 🌟“

“I usually get a to go order, & my go to is the sweet & sour chicken dinner which comes with fried rice, sweet & sour sauce in a separate container and an awesome egg roll. Excellent, and if you want to eat there they have amazing buffet as well.“

“We tried the Peking duck, it’s delicious. Succulent, tasty, cooked perfectly, fresh. We got a whole one, with tax it’s $52. Served with the traditional thin pancakes, green onion and cucumber, and your choice of steamed or fried rice. They gave us a bottle of hoisin sauce. Loved it! I’ve had Peking duck in Beijing and another southern city, this spot definitely tops the other southern place we went to. My husband has been here separately with friends over a decade ago, and my friends have been here separately and enjoyed it. I’m glad to have an option for Peking duck in Knoxville!“

“It's been years since we've gone here. We we're seated just as soon as we walked in. Decent amount of choices on the menu. Good amount of food portions. Prices were reasonable. Drinks were filled as needed with our our asking. Our server was polite, friendly checked on us on n off not pushy at all,but present when needed! Will for sure go back again.“

“I had the shrimp lo mein and it was average. The shrimp were small and there were only a few in the whole thing. Could've been more flavorful too. The food was decent though. The restaurant was empty and dead silent and looked like it hadn't been updated in a long time. Prices were cheap and service was fantastic though. It looks like they have some excellent family meal deals as well. Definitely worth checking out, but it's nothing out of the ordinary!“

They have a nice array of sauces you can add if you like, but don't assault you with overdressed food up front (cough cough chain restaurant). While dining at Osaka I don't think I ever saw the bottom of my glass. This is definitely a Five-star experience.“

Food is typically pretty good and hot. Just curious what’s going on with staffing since Panda typically pays higher than average food service wages. Good place if they can recover.“

“I have learned by eating at Panda Express often for 2 years your portion size depends on who is waiting on you. if a 98 lb. teenage girl that don't like anything but french fries serves you, you're not going to get very much. she'll fix your plate like she is going to eat it. sometimes you get a lot on your plate and sometimes you don't. it depends on who waits on you.“
