29 Best Chinese Restaurants near Powell

“Full House is the best Chinese restaurant in Knoxville!“

“Asian Taste is a great place to eat if your looking for a filling lunch or dinner. The food comes out decently quick. There is a variety of options for protein, vegetables, and other foods. My favorites so far are the chicken options, you get quite a bit of protein and rice as well. If you’re wondering what restaurant is similar, I would say Asia Cafe is similar. I definitely would recommend and is a whole lot better than most fast food restaurants around.“

“Shrimp excellent with broccoli and Moo too Gai pan Hayley and Edwardo very kind efficient servers large portions“

“Food was very good. Egg drop soup was not good at all it was like vegetable soup to much stuff in it. Service was very good considering how many we had in our party. The fried eggplant appetizer was to bready for my liking but others liked it. Everything else was very good.“

“Everything is cooked to order and this guy makes sure everything is fresh and delicious. Friendly and fast service. Very reasonable pricing and portions. One of the very best in Knoxville in my humble opinion. they have a few tables, but it’s more of a carryout place. They do take phone in orders.“

“local restaurant with consistency in food quality. I've been a customer for many years and I've never had a problem here.“

“Cool restaurant with lots of options. Unfortunately our server was kind of rude. Our chef was great though. The food is a little expensive, but for the skill you get to witness when your chef prepares it at the table, it's worth it. The sushi and appetizers were good as well. Just wish the atmosphere was a little more welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth a try!“

“I love this Chinese restaurant ever since 2022 and I always got my fried chicken and rice. But this time I was very disappointed then ever. So I got my food I went home excited cause I love it and when I ate with my sister the chicken was oddly dry…and it tasted like iron and I only ate one. And the next day my sister was sick, she threw up, but she ended up with this terrible sickness that was contagious.“

“I’ve been wanting to stop here for ever and I’m so glad I finally did!! Very very clean, friendly service. Very delicious food. 10 out of 10!!!!!“

“This place has been in fountain city for so long and the food has always been great, affordable, and the portions are awesome. One meal is enough for two meals for me. The staff is friendly. The only thing I can complain about is the shrimp sauce is kind of bland. But I just won’t order it again lol.“

“I’ve been craving Chinese food for the past couple of weeks and I’m so glad I went to this place. We got the orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and Singapore noodles. Everything was phenomenal and packed to the brim. Will absolutely be ordering here again.“

“The menu had so many great options to choose from. The food was absolutely amazing! So much flavor. I had the chicken and broccoli and the serving was big enough for 2. The won ton soup is the best in this city!“

“The General Tso’s and Sesame Chicken are great! They are always consistent- every time we eat here it’s good.“

“My husband and I really like this restaurant! Most of the food is tasty; they have a very appetizing spit-roasted chicken! We also enjoy the banana and chocolate pudding dessert! We recommend it to anyone looking for a variety of food at a fair price!“

“It's been years since we've gone here. We we're seated just as soon as we walked in. Decent amount of choices on the menu. Good amount of food portions. Prices were reasonable. Drinks were filled as needed with our our asking. Our server was polite, friendly checked on us on n off not pushy at all,but present when needed! Will for sure go back again.“

“Best gluten free Chinese opportune. The manager always takes the highest level of precaution for my food since I have Celiac disease. The food NEVER disappoints!! Fast, affordable, and DELICIOUS! I RECOMMEND THE original chicken and gf Mongolian green beans.“

“Fantastic meal!!!! Nice people the server was so friendly and was extremely glad we were there.

This is the Best Chinese I’ve had in Tennessee!!!!

We orders the egg rolls, dumplings, chow fun and egg foo young.
If you like egg foo yong, this is the best I’ve ever had !!!!!!“

“Some of the best Chinese food in JC. Very reasonable prices. Really good for take out. Interior is not fancy, but I go for the food not the decor.“

“Add EGG to your fried rice — It's wonderful and only $1.50 additional. I like the Sesame Chicken dinner and fried pork dumplings. I've ordered to dine in, take out, and delivery. They become my friends and I keep going back.“

“The best tasting food around. We always do carry out's and there are very few left-overs that last to the next day. This Panda on Western Ave, near I-640, should not be cofused with the chain of Panda's around Knoxville. This Panda is closed on Tuesdays, and does not look like any of the the chain of Pands stores. Sometimes, during special Holidays, like Thanksgiving or New Years we order a lot of food and we love it! They have a small dining area, so we always take out and enjoy it at home. That's the only reason I gave a 3 for the Atmosphere...“

“I’ve been going to Tokyo & Mandarin since I was about 5 years old . I’m now 16. This is definitely a very calm environment and I love that. The service and food is always amazing! My sister and I go often. They’ve never disappointed. I wish they still had hibachi on Sunday but I understand understaffing. The family that runs it is always so polite and hospitable. The waitress that is there every single day is the sweetest woman and amazing at her job! 100/10 recommend.“

“5 stars all the way! Great service and the food is even better. Easily one of the best Chinese food spots in all of Knoxville. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. Highly recommend Panda Garden if you’re looking for quality food and a great experience. Definitely coming back for more!“

“if you were looking for some great Chinese food - this is the place. The food selection was vast. The restaurant was clean (to include the restroom). The staff was efficient and courteous. While dining at Osaka I don't think I ever saw the bottom of my glass. This is definitely a Five-star experience.“

“This place is great! We love it and come here as a go to. They have everything and all of it is good. Some things are quite unique and different. Anyone who rates it low I would say is just in a bad mood. Again, we come here a lot and never have had a bad item. Fresh and good and a ton of variety. They know what they are doing.“

“Ichiban just hired a new dedicated dim sum chef. We tried the dim sum for the first time today and it was incredible! We are only able to get good dim sum in places like Chicago or Las Vegas. Now there is an authentic dim sum joint in Knoxville!! Please do yourself a favor and give it a try. This is the only place you will be able to get good, true, and delicious dim sum in East Tennessee!!“

“We highly recommend you to come to the Grand Buffet and enjoy the good food and services. The atmosphere is perfect. I definitely will come back next time.“

“My companion and I enjoyed this as a mid afternoon oasis. The food was perfectly cooked and fair/low price. They have a nice array of sauces you can add if you like, but don't assault you with overdressed food up front (cough cough chain restaurant). Recommend for those who like clean food prepared with care. Crab rangoons were also 10/10. Never had better.“

“Clean restaurant, decent food and prices. If youve ever been to panda express, it's exactly like that. I really don't understand why this location has a 3.9. Panda Express is to Chinese what fazolis is to Italian. You have to adjust expectations a bit for what is ultimately fast food.“

“Great entrees and they were banging it out in drive thru on a Sunday evening. Food: hot, Service: polite and prompt, happy kids: done 👍. I approve of this message
This brand has been consistent over a couple decades now. Cannot argue with this result.“
