The Powell, TN at Emory Road & I 75 Starbucks gets it. Friendly & inclusive, the people here make my day every time I stop in on my frequent interstate trips. What a breath of fresh air! Oh, yes, since you’re wondering…the bev and food offerings are great, the restrooms are clean and this well-situated property has ample and easy to access parking. But it’s truly the people that make this spot shine. And shine they do, ever so brightly.

I’ve experienced service at the drive-thru most often and the experience has been more than amazing. Nathan is always so friendly, kind and goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I’m usually having a so-so morning but once I get my coffee from him my mood is boosted! Most of the staff I’ve experienced are very pleasant He just stands out the most. Thank you starby’s emory road!!

The baristas are always exceptional, providing perfect orders every time. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the thin cups, which can collapse and cause burns. Despite this issue, the store's service remains top-notch, and the staff deserves recognition for their hard work.
