I've updated my review, I'm not sure what has changed but this location went from 4 stars to 5. It's always been one of my favorite wendys to eat at. Sometime between April and June of 2023 I've noticed better service and more decorations inside lobby. My kids love to have a dad and daughter dinner here when my wife is out with friends. Terrible location, for getting in, and out of, which I consider to be part of the atmosphere. Often, they do not get dressing choices right for my Daughter-in-laws to go orders. Unfortunately, to go orders being botched, seem to be the rule, not the exception, not just at Wendy's. The food is fine, just plan on taking a moment to get out of their lot.

Hit the drive-thru on our way back to Knoxville. Service and food were good. Ordered the spicy chicken & baconator combos. Sandwhiches were hot & steamy with all the trimmings. Fries were hot & fresh!
