Amazing service the guy with black shirt. I’m sure he was a manager.
We recently stopped at this Panda Express location while on vacation in Pigeon Forge and unfortunately, we were terribly disappointed. We received friendly service and the food was on par with Panda Express quality. However, we had a difficult time finding a clean enough table to sit at as every table was dirty. Trash was full and the floor in the dining room was dirty. Maybe we caught them after a dinner rush but we were sadly disappointed in our visit to this location.
The place is nice and so are the employees but the food has not been very good
