I am currently sitting in stall five and have been for 35 minutes. I submitted a mobile over 42 minutes ago and have had ZERO correspondence from the team. I finally pushed the button to ask about my order and the rudest women says “WE SWITCHED TO DRIVE THROUGH ONLY.” So I asked “is that for mobile orders too?” Then she said “IT WILL BE OUT WHEN IT IS READY!” And then disconnected the chat… really?
No one ever took our order. Waited for 10 minutes and we were the only ones there. All the lights were on and the the menu board light says “someone will be with you shortly.” Nope, never happened. 🤷🏼♀️
