I accidentally ordered fajita nachos instead of fajitas online, and when I went to pick up my order, the staff immediately noticed my disappointment. Without hesitation, they offered to exchange it for what I originally meant to order. I couldn’t ask for better customer service — they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. And as always, the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you for being so kind and attentive
The Cheese Dip took 30 minutes to get to our table and it was cold.
The meal I ordered said "shredded cheese and cheese sauce" on a grilled chicken breast over a bed of lettuce.
I received a very thin piece of chicken on barely a teaspoon of lettuce with very little cheese sauce. (no shredded cheese)
I questioned the manager, I was promised a discount for being disappointed.
She deducted $1.10 off of a $78.46
