What a hidden gem Bocelli's turned out to be! Went with a friend and had a very pleasant experience.
Charlie, you are certainly a breath of fresh air and are extremely congenial and an excellent server! Thank you so much for all your suggestions and being so helpful!
Being a former NY'R, this place is right up there with great Italian restaurants I frequented In NY. Ordered 2 Margarite pizzas and the crust; sauce; quality of mozzarella was spot on! Crust was definitely exactly ideal and perfect, plus all the ingredients were very fresh! Excellent food and service. For sure we'll be back and HIGHLY recommend!

Delicious one of wife's favorite places

Me and friend came here to eat after walking around the square, the workers are so polite and friendly. The food is overly amazing and with great prices too! This place needs more attraction— definitely coming here again!

We are from New Orleans and we make multiple trips a year to the Jack Daniels Distillery and every time we come we eat here. Hands down best pizza place I have ever had. Our server this time was Charlie and she was awesome. Great personality, friendly even joked with my dad when he thought he was funny. (He's not lol) Thank you Charlie for being a good sport and being awesome.

I came here a couple years ago when my family stayed in Shelbyville for the holidays. I was excited to take my fiancee here last night as we wanted a switch up in pizza from just chain delivery. We placed an order for 1 garlic bread and 1 pizza, and after 40 min I got up and asked if we could please have our garlic bread because we were starving..? After 20 more min our pizza still wasn’t at the table (at this point we had been here an hour), and so we just paid for the drinks and garlic bread and left. What in the world is going on in your kitchen? Whatever it is, IS not working. The staff was friendly, but no one stopped by the table the entire table we sat there to check on us.

Also, my fiancee got a drink out of the cooler and it was expired. He asked them to get another one out of the cooler, but those were all expired too, and the staff didn’t remove any of the expired ones out of the cooler.

I remember the pizza being good from the time I went with my family years ago, but we will not attempt to come back here.

We sat and the waitress took the appetizer and food order and none of it ever came nor did she ever check to see if we needed anything. We ordered salads that should have been served prior to the meal yet they never were. People were being served and checked on around us but we were not. The only thing that we received were sodas. Yes we were the only people of color in the restaurant. Really??? Terrible service. Utterly ridiculous.

I've had the lasagna and different pizzas here, definitely worth stopping in for if that'swhat you're looking for. Soft drinks are served per bottle but the sweet tea gets refills and it's always fresh. They are conveniently located downtown near shopping and an old movie theater if you're feeling adventurous!

Nice atmosphere with great food that didn't break the bank. We got buffstix which were great. The margherita pizza was delicious and the pasta we ordered was very rich and tasty. Will be coming back.

Great food at great prices. The atmosphere is enjoyable as well. Family recommended this place for lunch and I am glad we stopped. The food took a little while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the supreme pizza. You won’t be disappointed.

Well, tonight, Dana and Steven were in Shelbyville, so we decided to eat at Bocelli Pizza & Pasta Shoppe . We both tried their Bowtie Pomadora, which was very good along with Cheese Bread very good. Very good service as well, we will be back again soon.
