I went in this new bakery to see how it was. I have to say for me it was the best pastry I have had in Shelbyville. Very moist and delicious. The people that own it were so welcoming and I would recommend everyone to try their delicious pastry. I wish them well.

I had a really nice experience at Castillo's Bakery. The pastries were fresh and tasted great, and you can tell they put care into what they make. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. I tried a few items and everything was pretty good, especially the baked goods. The place has a cozy feel and feels like a local bakery you want to come back to. I’ll definitely be visiting again when I’m in the area.
