“My husband and I had a great time during Chef Barry’s “Cooking with Wine, Beer, and Spirits” class. Chef Barry is a patient teacher who makes cooking fun! We made a roast, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp scampi, Prosecco grapes, and bananas foster during the class. Everything tasted wonderful! We had enough to go home with to last us for 4-5 meals! Chef Barry’s classes are going into our rotation for date nights!“

She had so many ideas to give from previous debuts she has coordinated. I was amazed at her ideas and was excited to execute them on the event day. Ms. Analyn is the type of person who is very organized, responsive, and has so much attention to detail. She is someone you should truly trust with your events because she will always be someone who can make things easier for clients in terms of reminding and contacting the multiple suppliers. Her team was great at accompanying guests and even me! Ma’am Mae was the one assisting me throughout the whole event as my assistant and I can say that she was very responsible and so kind! “everything they make is delicious. it's well done. a delicate, the sauces are wonderful and the people are just so nice. we met them last year at the Chattanooga Holiday Market and I just had a nice supper with some of chef Lamont's incredible beets. We had chosen them after hearing one recommendation and hadn’t even tasted the food before and my husband and I, along with every guest we had, agree the food was delicious!!! During our reception Antonio (the owner and chef) himself came up to us and was making sure we were taken care of (including bringing my husband and I full plates of chips of queso)!!
