“We used Firefly for drop-off catering services for our microwedding in 2025. It started with a tasting at their home where the food was incredible. There were some tweaks we asked them to make which were all made by wedding day. They were also very open to making the changes we asked for from the original menu. Even if something is not listed on their online menu, they are willing to work with you to see if it's something they can do. The execution day of was slightly off schedule but everything was ready by reception time and we were none the wiser until after the wedding thanks to our coordinator. The meal was one of the highlights of the night and our guests still rave about the food today!“

“This place is 10 notches above Moes !! My husband and I have been there twice now and I’ve tried the taco bowls ( Mexican style with refried beans ) and the beef burrito ! Delicious both times. He also loved the quesadilla. It’s a mix between Tex mex and authentic Mexican . Oh and the homemade salsa , verde is fire 🔥 And they have breakfast all day as well . 10/10 !:)“

“We have used The Popcorn Lady for two corporate events with over 200 people at each. We had the shaved ice one time and most recently we had the funnel cakes made on site. Many people said these were the best they have ever had, from anywhere. Size was perfect to end our cookout. Shaved ice in the summer was wonderful as well. I will continue to work with The Popcorn Lady for all my larger events for some kind of sweet or savory treat!“
