They constantly mess up online orders and I almost always have to drive back to get my food fixed.
The Smyrna TN night crew is by far the worst. You have girls to worried about being pretty, kids cleaning for closing at 9 when they close at 11. I went into the bathroom one night and the floor was so wet I'm surprised nobody slipped. The night manager ( I'm assuming she is) is very rude to customers, but delivery drivers especially. I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready by 10. I didn't walk out with it until after 10:15. A delivery driver asked how much longer...read full review
