I go to alot of dunkin donuts alot of places don't have the donuts and the staff never ask if your a member of their club some days they have alot of staff other times they don'
Employees should be trained when it comes to greeting customers. I went in to pick up a mobile order and there was a minimum of 6 workers in there and I was not greeted until I had to say something after 5 min.of nobody greeting me or asking if I needed anything. My coffee was watered down as well.
