Wendy's in Smyrna

“I really do like this Wendy's. The young lady who works the register and takes the orders is really sweet but today there was a young lady working the drive thru I believe and she was talking on the phone the entire time while I was eating. About 15m. I'd say. On speaker phone with a male who said a few curse words himself. She was pretty loud I kept turning around wondering to myself "is that an employee?" And yep sure was. I mean is this aloud? I have never worked anywhere where we we're aloud to talk on the phone, on SPEAKER! For the customers to hear and all the other employees. I mean is there no management?? This just hit a nerve for me. So UNPROFESSIONAL! and I had to sit here and listen to her loud babbling with her man while I ate my meal. Pretty annoying I must say.“

“Absolutely awful. We weren't greeted when we came in.
The guy had to have the order repeated 4 times. And still got it wrong. He looked absolutely stoned out of his mind.
The baconator fries were over salted and the cheese wasn't even melted.
The regular fries had enough salt on them to kill an elephant.
I had to go back up to the counter to ask for the BBQ sauce that I had already asked for.
The bathrooms were closed, as in not functioning.
The floors were really sticky. The soda machine was out of all the fruit additives and the Dr. Pepper didn't have carbonation. And the employees didn't fix it after they were notified. Over all, not a very pleasant experience.
Do better. Because 18 dollars for crappy fast food isn't it.
