“Whuz happening guys ! This Asian Flavor Restaurant has been in this area a long time. When I first relocated here from Knoxville years ago it became one of my favorite restaurants. I love the design of the building reflecting Asian Culture. The Service is always Professional, Friendly, and Fast. It is located close to the community, with several apts, and nice houses ? close by. It is only about 10 miles from the heart of tourism. This is of course our Famous Aquarium. A lot of locals, and tourists continue to eat at this place of business. If you love Asian Food welcome ?. They serve up many of my favorite dishes. I Highly recommend the Sweet , and Sour Chicken. The Moo Goo Gai Pan is a combination of both meat , and veggies ?. Their Famous Teriyaki Chicken is delicious as well. Please don't forget the Egg Drop Soup. “We've eaten at Formosa off and on for around thirty years. In that time, we've seen the quality of the food rise and dip.Today, the food was AMAZING. Go. Go now. Order the Wonton Soup. It was easily the best I've had anywhere in geological ages. Also, it was the right temperature that I could eat it when it arrived, instead of having to wait at least ten to fifteen minutes for it to cool down from lava hot - as seems usual for most Chinese restaurants. The eggroll was also surpassingly, surprisingly so perfect and delightful that I just ate it without sauce - and I have never done that before. Between the sheer size of the eggroll and the volume of the soup, I was close to full by the time the entree came out.My lunch entree was the Dragon Horse Chicken and the ginger was so potent that I thought at first that it might be too much - but then began to appreciate that it was the perfect "strong" amount.The hot mustard continues to be nearly dangerous levels of awesomely sinus opening. Like, you remember the first time you ever saw the predator take off its mask and its face opened up? Yeah, get too much of the hot mustard and you will LIVE THAT MOMENT.My only real complaint is that the basic fried rice continues to be as bland as a basic metaphor. Formosa, please consider a new recipe for your fried rice. It could be great. I believe in you.“
