Drove to FCF to see new lodge and to have dinner. We were hoping to enjoy the buffet, but waitress said they no longer had. The service was good, waitress was very attentive. No catfish/hushpuppies on limited menu!
The food was good but the atmosphere was amazing! As we walked up to the hotel the fire pit was burning and we walked inside it just gave you all the cozy vibes! We didn’t stay the night but we did eat at the restaurant. We had a 45 min wait so we sat at the bar that over looked the lake. The food was good I had the chicken breast smothered in cheese onions and peppers. And my husband enjoyed the fish and chips. They have some local beers on tap and some nice cocktails. Excellent food, service and view. Son loved the chicken fingers. Rolls and pretzel bites were ezcel excellent. highly recommend
