“Noticed the drink machines self serve no longer exist, napkins or straws .
No counter help. Focused on drive thru and door dash orders and left the customers inside waiting along with myself. Thought I might just fix my own food to be able to eat that day and refills were out of the question unless you waited for someone to notice you at the counter. Maybe I should have used the drive thru and got better service. All customers on this day were disappointed they came inside“
