“I ordered through the app and it was quick and easy. I like the deals and discounts that you can get by ordering through the app. Upon arrival, I checked in through the app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. I ordered a pretzel stick and a real fruit slush. Both were delicious and made the way that I ordered them. The the server who brought my food out was polite and professional. I very much enjoyed my experience at this particular Sonic.“

“Zaxby's is almost always delicious, but it's the little things that lowered my ratings. In respect to food forgetting to give cups, and not making shakes timely, Service is absolutely dependent on staffing - most are great but there's always those who treat you like THEY need a new job. The atmosphere is fine but tables meet to be wiped down better. These things don't deter me from future visits, just ways you can improve the customer experience.“

“As I proceeded to walk in, they were pretty busy. However, they took my order promptly. My food was ready in a fair amount of time. Moreover, my food was fresh and prepared just the way I liked it. Not to mention, I used to live in the area and would eat here often. Being that it's not many around anymore, I make it my point to stop there every time I come to the area. They have not disappointed.“

“Sometimes the wings are good, but they are hit or miss! And when they miss your pissed off and want to go back up there for your hard earned money back! Getting clearly old wings because it’s .99 night is crazy and angering when you’re hungry and thinking you’ll get what you got before. When wings turn to dust in your mouth because they’re old and refried, is wild! Trying to attach a pic!“
