I received a text for a free birthday drink of my choice, which would expire 7 days after my birthday. Went in to redeem 6 days after my birthday. Spring Hill location would not redeem it because the company sent the offer before my birthday so it was 7 days past the date issued, not seven days past my birthday. Lousy customer service. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to purchase the drink. I will take my business elsewhere.
Just discovered this jewel and I have to say, best coffee ever. I always get a caramel and white chocolate frappe. So delicious.
I wish I could say I recommend this cute place but we’ve gone at least once a month for several years and the owners are wonderful and polite BUT the manager who is there many times (male with dark hair), is consistently rude. We’re done and won’t be back.
