I had to make a business trip to Loudon, TN on the 19th of February. I was watching something on television and needed to grab some dinner. It was late and the list of restaurants that the hotel gave out only had a few listed that were open till 9:00 PM. Vittorinos was one of them. The shrimp fettuccine alfredo was life-changing. I've never had pasta so good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sauce was thick and buttery. You won't regret eating here!

1st timer. Ate here for dinner shortly before they closed on a Saturday night. Got the Chicken Carbonara and it was delicious.
