“I was told by some friends that used to live in Illinois and now live here that there was Old Style on tap. Also that there was Turano bread and Vienna Sausage and dogs. I ordered a Chicago style dog, combo beef and sausage and a corned beef sandwich. They were all good and the fries were on point. I spent most of my life in Chicago and knew right away it was legit. I recommend this place to friends. thank you for fulfilling my taste for Chicago food I have been missing. I will be back.”

“Great prices on good food, even if it is typical bar fare. The pizza is better than any chain store pizza, and for the price I was expecting a personal size pizza, and was pleasantly surprised to get a full size 8 piece pizza. Their cheeseburgers and fries are good also. Even though they allow smoking, there's enough ventilation so it's not obnoxious. Good choice of beer, bottled or canned depending on your preference. I look forward to spending more time here in the future. Also, they don't have music or the TV blaring, at least during the lunch hours, so you can actually talk to the person next to you without shouting.”

“This place is amazing. It’s been a while since Ive eaten here, but I am sure they haven’t changed!! Great owner/operator. Ellen is very friendly. And her food there is amazing!! Can’t wait to get back out that way and go again…. I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage I think every time I’ve gone. And my date had French toast and sausage and eggs, atleast that’s what he had the last time we went. (His was awesome as well) (I tried it myself). And great prices!!!”

“I have there little over 6 years now some good mouth watering bbq slaw baked beans and potato salad they are the best of gibson county you get one bite that's it you are hook and keep going back for more they are both really nice people you will ever know”

“Only open 3 days a week but you are going to want to eat here all 3 days. Absolutely delicious dishes that taste as good as they look. I've yet to have one I didn't like. If in town when they are open make it top priority for your dinner plans.”

My husband was tired and couldn’t make it back to the car with his walker. Lane and some other wait staff were so kind to help. “This place has the best employees I have ever met at a McDonald's they are always so friendly and kind and even though it's fast food they always seem to actually care how the food looks when it's prepared and that's a huge plus for a McDonald's”

“This Subway is like any other Subway, except for one thing that sets them apart from the rest I have been at-- and that's hygiene. The sub crafter was constantly changing their gloves out between handling the condiments and meats by hand to prevent cross contamination and always replaced tongs with fresh ones. That goes along way with me, even if they do wear gloves.One thing to note-do not use the order on line service at this location. They basically got my wives and my sandwich completey wrong, by the time we got home and opened them up, it was too late. You'd be better off just watching them make the sub so they can't mess it up.”
