We have chosen Jack's to eat quite a few times. Our last experience yesterday was not up to par. When we got home to eat, the mashed potatoes were runny, watery nasty. The green beans had 15 beans I the container. On the up side the chicken was great. We live 23 minutes away and chose not to take it back. This was about 2:30pm on a Saturday.
The burgers and fries were tasty and hot but squished together to the point that it flatten the cheeseburger.As for the milkshake, I was really disappointed with it. It tasted like it had freezer burn. My husband said his was ok, but they forgot the cheese on his double cheese burger.I'm still going back because food was good, just maybe skipping the shake next time.

I ordered a chicken biscuit. The drive up said it would be a wait because they had to drop a fresh one. It wasn’t that long before I had the most delicious chicken sandwich. I give it 5 stars
