Perry's just catered my Son's country wedding last weekend and did an amazing job! Everyone loved the BBQ and all the fixins! Making the catering arrangements was so easy with Perry's help and that of his staff, his food estimations were right on target, and his pricing was very reasonable. Our son bragged about your place. We were excited about coming with him for the brisket, however, we got there at 5:30 and you were out of it. My wife ordered the half order of ribs plate. Flavor was okay but not fall off the bone okay. We will give you another try and come a bit earlier and hope get the brisket.
