I never give a low rating but 15+ minutes for 4 drinks is horrendous.
This Sonic is always slow but I can overlook that if my food is hot and fresh. But sometimes you wait forever and the food is barely warm. It seems like the car hops wait until the have multiple orders & bring them all out together instead of bringing you your order as soon as it’s ready. I know because I see them drop off other orders before they bring me mine- all from the same tray. I know better than to come here and it’s my fault for getting sucked in. My least...read full review

The restaurant is known for its quick and fresh food, with popular drinks like the Dirty Drinks, including Rootbeer and sweet cream, Vanilla coke with sweet cream, or Dr Pepper with strawberries and sweet cream. Customers appreciate the kid-friendly menu and wheelchair accessibility, making the visit easy for families and those with mobility needs. Recently, the restaurant introduced “mobile order” bays where customers can pull in, select their bay number on the app, and have their food brought out. While a good idea, many customers have experienced issues with the system, as it often says "invalid bay number," forcing them to drive to a bay to order and then find an open spot. The removal of most of the screens and limited parking makes it harder to order and find a spot, leading to some frustration. Overall, Sonic Drive-In remains a popular and inviting place for quick, fresh food and treats like shakes.
