“We came here for the first time today during Saturday brunch and it exceeded our expectations. The baristas/ staff were SO sweet and helpful first and foremost, which I have to highlight because I feel like that is missing in a lot of Dallas coffee these days. I tried the Go bananas! Which was a banana rum cold foam nitro cold brew. Soooooooooo good. I’ll be dreaming of it until next time. We also got the chilaquiles, tres leches French toast, and cowboy sando. The chilaquiles were perfection and the spice builds fyi. And THEN there was jazz!!!?? And the band was amazing. Overall, such a good experience. So good, I’m leaving a google review because we were just in awe of the good vibes and yummy food.“

“First Mondays are a vibe! Love attending their free catalog cupping open to the community on the first monday of the month. I’ve been twice now and it’s so nice to just pull up, cup, meet people and refine my abilities and leave without the hassle of having to gather beans, set up a session and clean up by myself at home. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, so easy to chat with and ask questions or talk coffee with. I can’t wait for barista class, I’m happy there’s a source like this here in Dallas proper.“

The espresso blend is dialed in to perfection and the baristas know their craft well. the environment is not cramped and there is plenty of room and power to work if you want. John, the owner, seems to Excel at all aspects of what he's doing and I'm thrilled that I get to live close enough to be a customer.“

“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.“
