“This place isn't much to look at from the exterior, but inside was a warm and cozy space. They have a full menu of hot breakfast items, pastries and coffee drinks. I liked the numerous seating options - I chose a cozy chair. They have bar height seating at the window if you want to bring your laptop, and small tables scattered throughout if you want a place to eat your meal. Their ordering kiosk was convenient & easy to understand, but the staff can take your coffee order & bring it to you if you prefer. I tried a scrambled egg and cheese croissant which was rich and filling and an Azteca latte, subtly flavored with chocolate and cinnamon. Delicious!“

“Got there in the last hour and only had a few bagel options to choose from. I had the cinnamon raisin, salt and sesame bagels with schmear. The honey almond schmear is a $1 extra and worth every penny. The service was quick and friendly, only thing I would change is have more seating out front.“

“A great little spot in Deep Ellum for a delicious breakfast. We stopped in here while staying at a hotel in the area to get a quick coffee. I was surprised to see they had a pretty extensive food menu as well so we decided to take a seat and grab breakfast as well. We had the All Farm Bagel and the Granola Grub Bowl. Both were super tasty and the bowl was one of the best parfaits I've had. Perhaps a little heavy on the honey, but I didn't mind the extra sweetness this morning! “Quality local-ish roast coffee shop in downtown Dallas. The beans are roasted in Fort Worth so that's pretty close, comparatively. That's what they say. Anyway. It's popular. There may be a line. That's OK. The coffee is worth the short wait. Also, doggo friendly.Despite being located in the Magnolia Petroleum Company's former headquarters, the coffee does not taste like motor oil. Don't you worry about that.“

I got the tres leches iced coffee which tasted really good, and they have options for decaf and half caf too. The hours aren’t the best as I do prefer to drink coffee earlier in the morning, but with those decaf options I do feel more comfortable drinking them in the afternoon. “This is a great simple coffee shop with a beautiful outdoor area. Perhaps it helped that it was spring, but there was green grass, green trees, and a nice breeze.I ordered the pour over, and they provide various options (type of equipment/ceramic used, type of bean) and I thought they did a stellar job. The amazing flavors of an Ethiopian bean were allowed to shine.Additionally, they charged less than I expected for a pour over (my point of reference for pour over would be Ascension which I think was around $11....I paid around $7 at Union, I think) and they provided a dine-in cup + a big to-go cup...so a sizable amount of coffee, which was nice.That's really the extent of my experience, I would recommend.“

I brought a mixed box of yesterday's doughnuts to the office, and everyone is devouring them. They are talking about how moist they are without tasting only grease like most places. I thought the chocolate one was my favorite, and then I tried the brown butter one--wow, delish! “Great location, right near the Katy trail, so you can take your coffee and walk or sit at one of their many indoor or outdoor tables. I tried a vanilla matcha latte and a latte on tap. The latte being on tap was cool, and it could be served instantly. It wasn't too sweet, so if you're a sweet coffee lover I would add some flavor. The matcha was fantastic, it wasn't overly earthy like some can be. Of all the coffee shops I've been to in the area, this is definitely my favorite!“

“A regular problem I run into, being lactose intolerant, is that not all oat milks are made equal. The oat milk I had here just didn't have quite enough body or sweetness to be a great dairy substitute. It sort of fell apart as the drink sat, so that toward the end I could feel the undissolved oat-particulates floating in the drink. That didn't ruin my drinks, by any means, but I was a little disappointed. I was especially disappointed because I could tell that, if I'd had the digestive fortitude for whole milk, the cortado and latte that I got would have been REALLY good. I still really enjoyed myself, though, and would certainly go back if I were in Dallas again.“
