I'm a former New Yorker, and it doesn't get more authentic than this. I live in Rowlett, but it's still worth the hour round trip drive to pick up a fresh batch for now and a frozen bag for later. It gets mobbed around 10:00 a.m. on weekends, so prepare yourself, or order ahead. It is worth it!

I got myself a sausage and egg everything bagel. 🤤 a French toast bagel and some chives cream cheese.
