“I came during their busy hours and they got my order right away in the midst of the rush.
You can really tell how hard these employees work, especially during rushes, and they handled everything with patience and great attitudes.
People are quick to complain, so I wanted to leave a positive review instead. Thank you all for your hard work and for still being so kind under pressure. The strawberry chocolate dip was delicious too! 🍓🍦“
“Ms Racheal took my order she has the best customer service made sure my food came out fast and I had my blizzard and it wasn’t melted I will definitely go back when Racheal working at the cashier best customer service 10/10 but the manager on bored seems like she’s doesn’t know what she’s doing when Racheal asked for her help she refused to help her instead she got another employee to help her it doesn’t show leadership“
“I Love Dairy Queen and have for a very long time and while they have very great burgers and chicken strips (love the cream gravy and Texas toast) my go to food of choice hands down for me is the tacos. I get them all the time because the shells are always crunchy and the flavor of the meat is on point. They also have the best sweet tea. Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful. I watched them interact with the guests and making sure they were taken care of. It was clean and I didn't go to the restroom but I'm sure it was clean as well. I enjoyed looking at the pictures on the wall showing what the Dairy Queens looked like in the past. This is definitely a great location to visit and I'll be back for sure.“
“Pleasant experience from the initial hello of the employee behind the counter who took my order and even hand delivered it to my table. And to the delightfully wonderful fries dipped in Oreo Blizzard, by my own doing-lol.... hitting all my tastebuds in wafts of pure yummy goodness. I'll definitely be back as the whole experience was great!
Parking: There are a few covered parking spots and the rest are uncovered.. But most importantly is that they are free spots.“
