I’ve been to a lot of sub shops, but the Jersey Mike’s on Frankford Road really stands out, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team leadership.

I want to give a massive shout-out to Brandon. You can tell right away that he’s a natural leader who genuinely cares about the store and its guests. From the second you walk through the door, he makes you feel incredibly welcome with his professional, friendly attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect and that every single customer leaves completely satisfied.

The store is clean, the energy is great, and the subs are always fresh and stacked perfectly. If you want a great meal paired with top-tier customer service, this is the location to visit. Big thanks to Brandon for setting the bar so high!“

“It's a solid Jersey Mikes, if you've been to a couple you know what to expect and they did it the exact same way here. Got the California Club and it was tasty as usual. Quick service which helped as I was on my way to the airport to fly out and needed to grab something fast so I wouldn't have to pay airport $$$ for airport lower quality or eat only what they had in the Delta Sky Miles lounge in the 10 min I had after getting through security.“

“I ordered online and requested a small amount of extra ranch - Jorge, an employee there, called me about my order to make sure I got the right amount of extra and to see if I wanted it on the side. I so appreciate him being intentional and caring enough about my order to get it made the way I wanted!

“This is my first time visiting this location because I just moved to the area but when I came in I was greeted not only by the employees but the clean and fully stocked store along with the restrooms that smelled great and were perfectly clean as well, both me and my partner were so happy with how we were treated and talked to by both Romero and Andrew and how efficient and quick they both were this is by far my favorite location and I have been to quite a few times gives these guys a raise 🫶“

“I stopped at this location after my visit to the Drs because I was in the mood for a Philly Cheese steak and Jersey Mike's is the Only place I'll get them. Friendly staff and great food and it pays to sign up in the app because I had enough points to get a free Giant Philly that's normally $16ish clean inside as well as the bathroom.“

“Yall do not pay these people enough…they were completely swamped. People lined up 10 deep on to go orders. They need help! They were doing the best they could keeping everything in order but you could tell they were all so stressed out. Sweet small light skinned girl with a pony tail did a great job of trying to keep everything in order. They all are going awesome. Thank you guys!“
