“I spoke with the GM Allen he was very professional corrected the conditions of my order the store was clean and I really appreciate Allen professionalism and I was just like the corporate office to know that he is doing a great job here at the store and he is qualified for the position that you guys have given him so could you guys give him some kudos“

“As always a juicy chicken, we ordered it in its regular version (fried without Krispy) about 8 pieces for 4 people.

Parking: Although they are building 635, they have enabled a temporary entrance. When this happens we must support these businesses despite the discomfort.“

They actually do what a customer requests.Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. “This is my preferred KFC location. The PM shift definitely deserves a round of applause. Those young men are always professional and fast. It's always good seeing young people working hard while being respectful and productive. Excellent work to the hiring manager (for selecting the right teenagers) . “I have noticed a young lady by the name of “Antonia”, on a few occasions that I have visited this location. I think that she is a shift manger or shift leader. She can really run the crew like a symphony. They are young but she can get things done back there with them , and customer service.
There was a Hispanic male there a while back and he did not have customer service at all.
And I’m my opinion, sometimes the chicken was not fully cooked. No problem now.
I see this young lady going places at this location.
Please do not let her go. It has been a while since I have noticed what she has. (It comes from inside, not just a job). And the crew/staff. From here, they respect and listen to her. I have not seen that in a long while. Way to go!!!! Keep it up!!!???“

“Those new popping apple pies or mini apple pies or apple pie poppers that they have that come in at 4 or 10 piece light crispy airy nice size apple pie mini version is delicious it is delicious a mini version light airy crispy of a full size apple pie I eat that before I eat a McDonald's apple pie any day“

“I pulled over at Garland and Jupiter super super hungry and I came in and I got the eight piece chicken drumettes excellent they taste so delicious and it was so fresh. I appreciate the manager and I’m so satisfied with my food in the service.“

“We went through the drive through window and they forgot the cole slaw and I paid for cole slaw, otherwise they only had limited pieces of chicken. The food was good.

Vegetarian options: You can order from the sides menu if you're Vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: I know that there are new developments with food allergies, so some of us care how the chicken is prepared. The chicken was not prepared with peanut oil. I appreciate this because it limits where I eat.

Parking: They have a shared parking lot. Located in a small mall.

Kid-friendliness: KFC has crayons for the kids to color while waiting for food.
