Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Dallas

“Got a pb cup smoothie at this location, it tastes super artificial and id give it a 3/10. My name is Lawrence but she put Larunes on my cup, I've never in my life seen that name. I feel like the staff hates their job and hates being there. It may not be their fault could be bad management but you know when you walk into a place and you feel unwelcome?

Plus $8 for a smoothie with a tip making it $9 is a scam in itself they don't have size options and the regular size is definitely not enough for meal replacement.“

“I've been bringing my son to this location since they opened and am happy to have a quick place with healthy food options to eat after school! I know what these previous reviewers are talking about with the poor service because there were several times that I was also not greeted by workers on their phones, but today when we came in, the service was fast, friendly, and they brought our smoothies and food out to our table and checked in later to ask if it was good. I see that they're hiring, so perhaps other workers have been fired. Anyway, satisfying experience today and we really want this location to prosper!“
