“Visited the Truckyard in East Downtown and this food truck was an option. Wanted to support a black business. Ordered brisket quesadilla and seafood quesadilla. Brisket one was delicious. I wish it had more than a drizzle of sauce on top or a dipping sauce. Seafood one was okay, but too fishy for me, however, my dinner companion enjoyed it. I'd like to try more items“
