“We ate there after church. They had some people out so it left them shorthanded. Service was slow, but the food was good and very generous portions. I would go back, just an off day for them.”

“What a great little business to eat at on our way to South Texas. Food was fresh and the staff friendly. Definitely a must visit
Kid-friendliness: Open spaces for kids to walk around tables. Also they sell candy.”
“Had the quesadillas a few times and loved it. Going back for tacos soon.”
“We stopped into Pheasant Ridge Winery and we're initially surprised at the gravel road and decided to go anyway. Our car made it back there without any issues. We pulled up and immediately greeted by the wine maker. We sat and spoke with him and he is so so very nice. He's an incredibly intelligent man and will talk anything from grapes to history. The wine was fantastic, we are self proclaimed uncultured sweet wine drinkers and I must say even with it being some of the more scary types of wine they were so smooth and pleasant. None of the hairspray/perfume nonsense we have had in other places. They were incredibly balanced flavors. The age and expertise of this winery are definitely prevailing in the flavors. Would strongly recommend for a casual experience.”

“Headed home to the top of Texas from visiting some great schools in the area and pulled up restaurants on my route. Good food. Good staff. Clean. Will be back.”
