“Just moved to Abilene and I am so happy to find a place that makes amazing treats! We ordered sausage kolaches, a jalapeño sausage croissant, a regular sausage croissant and of course some donut holes to try out their tasty looking donuts. EVERYTHING tasted beyond our expectations. “Quickie Review - No reviews since 2016???? I guess Yelp Abilene isn't a thing. While visiting the area over the weekend I showed up to grab donuts for my car club. Space seemed clean and the staff was friendly. I asked for a dozen assorted yet hat to pick what I wanted. Take the leap and just throw some fried circles in the box! I don't know what I'm doing! Lots of colorful donuts too; lime green and purple thanks to some food dye. Headed back the hotel where I was staying. Friends commented on how good the donuts were like I was a Yelp genius finding this place. Must have been my anxiety filled 5 minutes figuring out 12 tastes and preferences.“
“The employees here are the sweetest and hardworking. I tell my son that is how you show great customer service. You need to treat people with kindness and respect. I have been coming here for a few months now. My son has band rehearsal at 7am at Craig Middle School so he misses breakfast. We swing by here and grab out jalapeno kolaches, large coke, donut holes, and chocolate milk for him to take. I always feel welcomed and satisfied.“
“Made my first visit to Donut Time this morning. it definitely will not be the last. The appearance/ambience were pretty much the same as most other donut shops and the place seemed very clean. The service was very friendly, but what will bring me back are the donuts. We tried a regular glazed, chocolate iced, blueberry cake and a kolache. All were excellent. I love blueberry cake donuts and this was as good as any I ever had. Very light for a cake donut, great blueberry taste and a delicate icing that accented the donut perfectly. The chocolate iced was wonderful as well. The donut was light and the chocolate icing had a great chocolate taste that did not overpower the donut. The regular glazed donut was light as well, pillowy and amazing. The glaze was very good, not too sweet and just the right amount. The kolache was excellent as well. Our granddaughters loved them too, will definitely be back our next trip.“
“Boston creams were pretty good. Kolaches were more bread than meat. I think the sausage was pretty much the same as most kolaches so you're just getting more bread than typical places but it's pretty tasty. Staff was pretty efficient. Seemed clean enough.“
“Ok I just gotta start with the fact that this place is AMAZING (except for the donuts I don't suggest them sorry) because of their mouthwatering breakfast sandwiches that are made with perfectly cooked bacon (in my opinion) , and egg with yoke that just flows out and makes your tastebuds want to cry. The service is pretty nice not really any complaints about service. My favorite part about this place is that the breakfast sandwiches are pre-made and hot.“
“Recently stopped to try the Boudin, and let me just say I can't wait till Thursday and Friday to pick up some more!! I've tried a lot of boudin and this one by far is top pick!! I grabbed a few kolaches for my coworkers as well everyone enjoyed them. I'll try to go a little earlier cause it gets a little busy at 730-8am! The staff was very sweet the gentleman that helped me gave me the scoop and when Boudin was available. This was my first time stopping by and it felt like a cute little coffee shop there was people enjoying their coffee and just chatting away. It definitely felt comforting cause I now know this is a go to spot for people!“

“I absolutely love this place! It used to be mediocre and cheap but now it's great quality and cheap. My family of 4 went in and bought around 12 items and didn't pay more than $20 all together. Their savory breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well as their donuts. I think the new ownership has done a lot of good in terms of food quality. I hope they stay open for years to come.“
“I absolutely love this place! We recently moved into the area and of course, I had to try it out. Their donuts are great! So many options -- such great pricing. To make things better, they have more than just donuts! Fantastic. Of course, they have breakfast things such as kolaches but they also have sandwiches which are great. They have lunch sandwiches as well. They offer many kinds of smoothies and coffees. My favorite is the iced coffee. They also have snow cones if you or the kiddos would like some! They move quickly and it is never a long wait. The team is always very friendly and kind. They work really hard to make sure you have a great experience. The shop is really clean as well. Definitely recommend stopping through. They are open much longer than other donut shows which is great for those who work different schedules.“
