Their donuts and cinnamon rolls are really great! I just like the jelly filled donuts, and this visit, I just really felt like they skimped on the jelly filling. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
The lady behind the counter was super enthusiastic as soon as we entered. We were cheerfully greeted with a "good morning!!" And then she asked about our day! In our going on 3 weeks in Abilene I've gotta say it's the first time someones been THAT cheerful. Made my first visit to Donut Time this morning. it definitely will not be the last. The appearance/ambience were pretty much the same as most other donut shops and the place seemed very clean. The service was very friendly, but what will bring me back are the donuts. We tried a regular glazed, chocolate iced, blueberry cake and a kolache. All were excellent.
