The food is great and the staff are always helpful. They offer suggestion on new things to try and even remember your favorites! Gabby made my day! So great to grab a bite when I have something to do downtown!
We go because of the good beer not because of the lacking personalities of the staff. We aren’t picky! They need to learn to be polite, at least fake it until you make it type thing. The fella passing out music bingo cards was really nice, wish his personality would rub off on the rest! I just don’t get the younger generation’s bland, snotty attitude and lack of socialization skills anymore! Sad times we live in!!!
Event coordinator Rani Burke sent us a quote/estimate for our rehearsal wedding dinner, but when I went to pay a few days later she said “oh whoops, we are actually not taking reservations on that day because of Oktoberfest.”
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Why even offer and send a quote before you check the calendar? Ridiculous
