This restaurant has very unfriendly staff and the food is inconsistent.The combos are $3 more for fries and a drink. our twister fries were cold and soggy.
when we took the back the person at the counter asked, "do you want me to redo them?" They did redo them but they were still not crispy and they were very greasy. Sandwiches were just ok, nothing special.

Owner doesn’t know how to deal with people and lashes out online.

I was just at Heffs in the Mall only one at the bar. the bartender walked by me 4 times never asked if I wanted anything. I walked out.
