In my opinion, this is the best McDonald's in Abilene! Some other ones get my order wrong occasionally, or they take a really long time, but this one doesn't have any of those problems! Always get my order right, always fast, and everyone is super friendly!There's also a great Play Place, I haven't gone in it in quite a long time, but I always had a good time! This is definitely my go-to Mickey D's!! ??
Had to park and go inside because ONCE AGAIN no ketchup and no napkins after specifically asking for plenty of napkins and ketchup! Do they torture their employees for handing out ketchup and napkins!? One would have to think so the way it's like asking someone to give you all their money or something.....I mean really customer service and efficient service is obsolete! It's no longer convenient to go to a drive thru when you have to beg for condiments!

Ordered food last night got down the road noticed did not get all of order. This is second time this has happened. Called to talk to manager just to tell him someone needs to make sure people are getting what they paid for and in the time I was talking he hung up. Good service
