Their breakfast burritos are delicious and the portions are very generous. Their salsa is one of the better ones I’ve had. They give a good amount, it’s not watery and it’s spicy. Only downside is there is no drive thru which makes it less convenient than other burrito spots.
Rojas Mexican Food is absolutely amazing! Their burritos are huge, packed with flavor, and so delicious. I especially love their hot sauce—it has just the right amount of spice to complement every bite. They do get super busy during breakfast, and the line can be pretty long, so be prepared to wait. Best breakfast burrito’s in all of Abilene. Gives you a decent sized burrito for the price you pay. Not a burrito the size of a dollar bill with barely any ingredients in it like some other places in town. Staff is always very friendly. Only recommendation is they definitely need to expand as there isn’t nearly enough room in the small waiting/dining area.
